Pontiac Repair: why my fuse?, automatic door locks, pontiac firebird

Question
Hello i have a 1992 pontiac firebird 3.1 v6. my fuse for the interior lights, automatic door locks, and trunk button fried on me, and i tried replacing it several times but the outlet just keeps blowing the new fuses i put in. so my question is, what is the simplest way to fix my problem with out tracking down the wiring crap, im just getting frustrated with the electrical crap and the book on the car doesnt help me any.

Answer
Hi

Electrical problems can be a pain. The simplest way to solve  the problem is to just not use the circuit. There is something wrong, a wire is bare or the power trunk motor is bad. You need to find out whats on the circuit and test them all.
Try some things out, unhook the power trunk motor and put in a new fuse, otherwise you will have to track down wiring and crap. Check the interior light bulbs. Think electricity, find the short.
