RV Repair: Intermittent Electrical Problem, volt power, bob reeves

Question
I have a 2007, 25 ft, International with an apparent electrical problem and wanted to check in prior to seeking an electrician.

The symptom is that devices/appliances plugged into the 110 volt receptacles in the main cabin area will operate fine for a while, then I notice a lot of static and in the case of lights, a dimming of the light.  Apparently the power is reduced during these episodes.  The problem lasts about 30 seconds (maybe a little shorter sometimes and longer others) then returns to normal.  The 110 volt power loss episodes occur a couple times an hour.

My power center is the Parallax Power Supply L.L.C., series 7300.  There is a series of four 110 volt breakers on the left (all 20 amp) and a 30 on the far right w/ a reset tab.  The unit has a Battery Disconnect plate to the left of the door.  The red light on the Battery Disconnect (Intellitec BDO) stays lighted at all times (despite whether the toggle is in “use” or “store”).

Can you tell me if there is any trouble shooting that I can perform prior to seeking professional assistance?

Thank you / Bob Reeves

I'M SORRY I TOOK SO LONG...A WINTER STORM PROBLEM
WITH THAT LIST OF SYMPTOMS YOUR GOING TO NEED AN RV TECH NOT JUST AN ELECTRICIAN. MOST HOUSEHOLD TYPE ELECTRICIANS DON'T FULLY GRASP THE 110/12 SYSTEMS IN AN RV.
I REPAIR ELECTRICIANS RVS ALL THE TIME.
THE STATIC YOU DIDN'T MENTION WHERE YOU HEAR THAT...THE DIMMING OF THE LIGHTS IS A TRANSFORMER PROBLEM IN THE CONVERTER THE CONVERTER IS FEEDING THE LIGHTS WITH 12DC. WHILE PLUGGED IN. THE BATT DISCONNECT WON'T SHUT OFF THE BATTS, BUT SHOULD WHEN YOU UNPLUG FROM 110. YOUR PROBLEM IS IN THE CONVERTER. IT MAY BE AS SIMPLE AS DIRTY CONTACTS ON THE TRANSFER SWITCH.
