Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): toro model 30334 mulcher, grass clippings, toro lawn mower

My Toro lawn mower is new and when I mulch it blows the
grass clippings out the back, into my face , I use duct tape to keep the flap closed but the force of grass blowing breaks the  tape. I read the manual but could not find any help.

The model number you provided shows you have a commercial mower with a side discharge deck.  

Google "Toro 30334" and look at the parts diagram.  Let me know if this is the mower you have.
