Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): HONDA FG110 Mini-Tiller, honda mini tiller, honda fg110

Question
Hello,
I purchased a honda mini-tiller this spring to cultivate my garden. When I purchased it,it ran fine. I took it out this weekend to cultivate again and the engine was smoking really bad. There was also oil coming out of the exhaust. The engine ran fine but just smokes really bad. It was stored up-right and had the proper oil level. Could this be a bead set of rings or something less severe?
Thanks,
-John
