Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Tecumseh engine, tillotson carburetor, mtd snowblower

Question
The engine on my MTD snowblower is a Tecumseh engine HMSK 80 1555450(H) . The carb has a number on top 143216 H.  Is this a Tillotson carburetor, and where can I get any info, or a parts diagram of this carburetor? i need some parts.
