Questionhow do i take the column apart i have to replace the lock cylinder as the jeep will start with no keys present but i have no idea how to take the column apart with out possibly breaking it.. ..and just as important how do i get it back together if i get it apart?????

They are broken down into step by step detailed instructions. Although the instructions are not for your exact car, the column is very similar to yours. (Jeep used GM columns back then)
