Steering Column Repair: ignition switch for a 93 chevy, video index, steering wheel

is the 93 and 94 columns the same I was reading about the 94 column and how the steering wheel had to come of to get the ignition switch out is the 93 cheyenne 3/4 ton the same.  Thanks for your help in this matter. Steve

Hi Steve:
Yes it is, and it may even be a little less complicated.  Some of the 1994 columns had a partial antitheft pate whereas the 93's did not.
