Recent repairs: timing belt, water pump, tps sensor.
Problems: the truck runs well with cool weather, but it loses power at hot weather-- the engine sounds like the airway is being blocked and it cannot breathe.

If this happened after the timing belt was replaced check the basic timing, should be about 8 degrees advanced at idle, if it's off re check the timing belt marks.
This could also be caused by a partially clogged catalytic converter.
