Toyota Repair: water pump/timing belt, crankshaft pulley, pulley bolt

hello i got my daughter a 1991 celica gt 2200 motot
it needs a water pump and timing belt is very loose
i need to relace them   ? what should i do to make it a little easyier?
lift the motor/remove motor mounts  
looks real tight
i was wondering  what you would do and thank you

The engine has to be supported from underneath so the motor mount at the front of the engine can be removed. After that remove the crankshaft pulley bolt, it is on very tight and requires special tools to remove, then the timing covers can be removed, there is no easy way to do this.
