How do I replace the left side bulb on the dashboard of this van? Do I have to take the dashboard apart?

No, you only have to remove the instrument cluster, remove all the plastic covers, the lower dash cover and the cover surrounding the cluster, look for phillips screws on the upper part of the cover around the cluster, after you remove the covers you can see the four 10mm bolts that connect the cluster panel to the dash, remove them and pull the panel out, disconnect all the electrical connectors and remove the instrument cluster, the bulbs are accessible on the rear of the panel.
