Toyota Repair: Radaitor 1990 Toyota tercel, 1990 toyota tercel, toyota tercel

O.K. lets get the #'S out of the way
VIN isjt2el31f2l0364430 THe vehicle is a 1990 toyota tercel with a manual trans and A/C
I'm 99.9% certain it needs a new radaitor, The thermostat appears to be opening and the fan(s) operate in both high and low speed modes (checked with thermometer on @ 190-200 off @ 180)
Whenever the vehicle gets driven it will overheat after about 7 miles or so.
Don't see any evidence that the head gasket is leaking (white smoke) SO is it the radiator?

Ok put one in it, 200 or less for the metal aftermarket, but from what I know that little area that seperates the water jacket could be leaking, a pin hole, 150psi to 190psi verses 16psi, and if somebody else may have put that cheap water pump on it and the fins are nubs(seen both)When you find it Use Toyota red coolant or dex cool, the green #### is not worth a ####, flush it real good , use distilled water if you want to do it right.
