Volvo Repair: 1989 Volvo 740 GL Tail lights, volvo 740 gl, abrasive tool

Hey, whats up.. this site here is pretty damn helpful.. but I have a problem I havent found on the fourms..I just replaced my rear tail lights and now one of them dose not work..there they have 6 sections in the light the orange and red (they work) the white and red (they work) and then theres the red and red  the top red is a dummy with no bulb and the one below it with a bulb that dont work at all.. can you give me any suggestions?  Thanks,

            Nice ride...89 740.
         Check out the connectors and the contacts on the
the plastic/brass circuit board....its super thin and you can use fine sandpaper to clean it...use more abrasive tool to clean ears on bulb inserts that fit into the assembly.
