Acura: engine mounts, exhaust manifold, timing belt

Question
Hi-
While having my 2001 TL in for it's state inspection, the mechanic informed me that all of the engine mounts were broken. He asked me if I felt the car jerk when shifting and I honestly said know. Questions: Where can I find the mounts and how do I tell if they are broken? Can the car be driven at all or is there too much risk? We've driven it out of state several times without knowing the mounts may be broken without incident, but I don't want to tempt fate. Any advice you can offer will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Answer
Broken engine mounts are common for these type of cars. Yes you can drive with it broken, but you will feel the car jerks or vibrates. You can get the mounts at the dealer for best results if you decide to replace it.
The mounts are located on front of the engine (below the front exhaust manifold, its pretty big with the bolt on top and four on the subframe, and three on the bracket.
The side engine mount is located near the timing belt area, next to the PS pump. those are common to break.
