Dodge: NO HEAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, dodge ram 1500, fan blower

Have a 96 Dodge Ram 1500 with the 5.9 motor in it. It used to have decent heat until a couple months ago when it lost all heat. I got around tonight and replaced the thermostat and still nothing. It has very little heat wants the motor warms up but not like it should.  Any comments would greatly be appreciated.

Check the hoses that run from the engine to the heater core and see if they are getting hot,The hot water from the engine goes to the heater core and the fan blower motor under the dash circulates the heat.It could either be the fan motor or the heater core is clogged up.
