Honda: alignment camber kit, Honda, camber kit

Question
I recently purchased a 1992 honda civiv lx sedan that had been put in a ditch and had the right rear lower control arm mounting ripped off and it has been re-welded back on.  I just had 2 new tires put on and had an alignment done.  The mechanic said he could not get the left front camber within specs.  He said it would take a new ball joint and it would need to be one of those offset styles.  Does this sound right?  Also both rear toe was slightly out of spec.  What do you do for that?  Here are the specs:
front left: camber -1.12 caster .73 toe .04
front right: camber -.24 caster 1.36 toe .05
rear left: camber .04 toe -.06
rear right: camber .22 toe -.04
Will these specs cause wear on the tires?  By these specs what would you change?  Thanks for your help.  The nearest Honda dealer is 100 miles away.

Answer
I am familiar with the camber kits for the front control arms. That angle needs to be corrected on both sides or the car will wear tires on the inside edge. The rear toe angles are a bit out of spec. , but if the adjusters won't allow for any more movement a possible option would be to adjust both rear to achieve a total toe reading. If possible, adjust one side to a positive toe angle of .12 and the other side to a negative toe angle of .04 (-.04). That will give the total rear toe angle a reading of positive .08.
