Mazda: Mzda RX-7, fuel pump relay, rx 7

Replaced fuse that has blown in my 82 Mazda now no power to the fuel pump what has caused this problem ? And where to look to get power back to the fuel pump ?

First off you need to be sure that the fuel pump hot lead at the pump does or does not have voltage.  The pump could be bad and could be blowing the circuit or overloading the relay.  Next there is a fuel pump relay under the dash driver side that control the system - the relay could also be the fault though I'd bet the pump.
