Volvo: 1989 760 turbo elecrical problem, c buttons, batery

My problem is I have lost power to the climate control, both elecric seats and the cigarette lighter. I have no lights on the recirc or the a/c buttons. Fuses check good and blower motor checks good. Have swapped relays with known good ones still nothing. This all happened at the same time the best I can tell and everything else electrical seems to be working fine.

Go to the battery and make sure that all the wires that are there are in good condition. Behind the glove box there is a connector plate that has a 12 ga. red wire that comes from the batery and supplies power inside the car. Make sure that all the wires there are also good and making contact.
