Suzuki: ac grand vitara2003, loose wire, samurais

Question
The ac on my GV 2003 starts working ok but,if i change the settings it start blowing hot air even if i turned off and on again,then i have to wait long time to get it to blow cool air.
the ac fuse is ok
please help

I have never even ridden in, much less worked on a Vitara - I only do Samurais, but I suspect the dash controls are electronic, and either have a loose wire, bad ground, or defective control unit.
I have no literature, and can only suggest that you go to the iatn website and try the shopfinder om the first page.
