QUESTION: Hi, the samurai have 2 gauge , one dash display oem  other one AUTOMETER gauge . oem gauge near red zone ,autometer dial near 210-220. I off engine in this area , not boil water in bottle .

Answer
First question - when it is running, and the temp is above 190, is the air being blown back at the motor by the radiator fan hot air?  Is the radiator too hot to touch on top?  Is the bottom half of the radiator hot?  If the answer to all of these is not "yes" they you know that the water is not being circulated and should suspect the thermostat, even if it is a new one.   Remove the thermostat, and hot water from the engine should now circulate through the radiator.  If it doesn't look at the water pump for why it is not pumping water around.  After all this get back to me, and tell me what you found out, and if changing either the thermostat helped or whether the water pump was pumping with the thermostat removed.
