Suzuki: Vitara 1994 fuel tank, emissions systems, vapor recovery

There a four pipes coming from the fuel tank, can you please tell me what they are all for?

Answer
There's caveat to this answer, and it's composed of two things; First, I've never as much as ridden in any Vitara, much less worked on one, and if you look at my qualifications, you'll see that I will only give general "in theory" answers to questions regarding late Suzukis.
So.... here goes.... one is pressurized fuel from the tank to the engine, another is return from the engine, another is to allow excess vapor and air to vent to the filler neck while filling the tank, and the last is to an emissions law mandated vapor recovery and retention system.  Which is which?  I don't know either, especially given that I only know U.S. versions of emissions systems.
