Tips on Buying Cars: saab lease turn in, kelley blue book, leasing section

Question
I have several questions about turning in my lease.  I have a year left on the lease so i starting early.  if i turn the car into a different dealership than from where i bought it does the dealership i turn it into have to accept/buy the car for saab leasing-how does that work? i really want to know if i am doing them i favor or not because i am probably not going to use 7k miles i have on the car.  Secondly should i have the dealership do a inspection a month or so before i turn it in so i don't get hit with a bill when i do finally turn it in?  Finally, i plan on buying a used saab suv from the dealer-how far off from the kelley blue book price should i pay.  one more thing.  does it need to be a guarenteed car or would a extended warranty be sufficient? sorry for all the question.  please take your time.  thanks

Answer
Hi Wes
I am going to assume you have a lease where you have an option to purchase or return vehicle and your not over miles allowed
Here is how to return vehicle...............
Return to any Saab dealer at expiry date or when your ready to pick up you new purchase, insist dealer supply you with a return form that states, date, miles, condition when returned, ( damage )its a simple form that takes a few minutes the real inspection happens when the leasing section sends an inspector to dealer...its important you get a form stating visible condition in case something happens to vehicle while at dealer...

As for buying a used vehicle you simply follow some steps go to my website  http://usedcartips.bravehost.com/
