Tips on Buying Cars: Trading up, lunch dates, luck steve

I've got a 160,000 mile 87 Toyota in good shape. I wanted to
upgrade in order to make a little better impression on lunch
dates with my customers.   Can't afford a big payment for sure
but hopeful about my finances improving next year.   What could
I get for $100 /mo payment e.g. ?     I just drive 150 miles per
month within So Cal.    Thanks in advance for your suggestions and advice!

Hi,
Unfortunately a $100 per month equates to only financing $5000. If you have $5000 to put down, then are financing $5000 you can buy a $10,000 car. Is that at all possible??? Sounds like your Camry has served you very well but at 22 years old, you are thinking in the right direction that it is time to change. Good luck.
