Tips on Buying Cars: Welfare, bad, credit

i am interested in purchasing a new vehicle but my only form of income is welfare. I recieve 900 a month so i would be able to afford a vehicle and have good credit. are there any restrictions on this?

The only lender with your income to finance , will be a " Buy Here Pay Here " type dealership that charge very high Interest rates,,, I highly recommend you stay away as the odds will not be in your favor getting value for your money.
