The 1995 Buick LeSabre uses a turn signal flasher relay to provide the clicking noise heard when you activate the turn signals. The clicking noise is an aural indication that the flasher relay is opening and closing the turn signal circuit. If you activate the turn signals on your 1995 LeSabre by pushing the turn signal lever up or down and the lights illuminate but the click noise does not occur, chances are the turn signal relay has malfunctioned. While the relay is not a repairable item, you can purchase a new one inexpensively at your local auto parts store.
Open the 1995 Buick LeSabre's driver door. Adjust the driver's seat as far back as possible, giving yourself plenty of room to access the area below the driver's dashboard, to the left of the steering column.
Shine the flashlight up to the left of the steering column to locate the turn signal flasher -- the flasher is a silver canister roughly one-inch in height and diameter.
Pull the old turn signal flasher out of the flasher socket. Set the old flasher aside.
Plug the new turn signal flasher into the flasher socket. Climb out of the LeSabre and readjust the driver's seat.
Turn the LeSabre's ignition to the "Run" position. Activate the turn signal to verify that the new flasher works properly.
