Make sure your RX330 is parked and facing a wall that is 30 feet or closer. Make sure the engine and headlights are off.
Start the car and watch as the headlights come on automatically. If the headlight beams raise quickly, lower quickly, then slowly raise again to the optimal level, your RX330 has auto-leveling headlights and the feature is working. The RX330 headlights go through this routine every time the car is started if they are auto-leveling.
Check the dashboard warning lights. If you see the headlight warning light is illuminated, your RX330 has auto-leveling headlights, but they are malfunctioning for some reason.
