Auto body repair & detailing: How do I paint a bumper ?, paint manufacturer, proper steps

I have a 2003 Acura bumper I need to paint. Was wondering how to go about it. Basically, i need some information on priming, color matching, and mixing the paint. Is there a specific premixed bumper paint? Or, is it body paint with a flex additive? And would a paint store be able to get me the factory color? Also, how deep should i sand the bumper, to the plastic?

Answer
Every paint manufacturer has there own way to prep prime and refinsh with there own materials. so when you decide to refinish ask the autopaint dealer to tell you the proper steps to follow. I do know that you will be sanding out the bumper with 600 grit wet or dry sandpapper and not to the plastic.
