Land Rover Repair: 1995 LandRover Disco, exhaust system, landrover

 My Land Rover is currently making a rattling noise which sounds like it is comming from the catalytic convert Y pipe. It was noisey before, but now seems very loud. It is definatly comming from under neath the vehicle under driver and passenger seats. Do you think you can verify?

when the exhaust system is cold try to pat the catalyst converter. If it's rattling, it 's broken inside.

Otherwise I think the Y pipe is broken somwhere. Run the engine and under the vehicletry to pull your hand close the pipes and you will feel warm air coming out if somewhere broken.
