Land Rover Repair: 96 Discovery V8, cylinder head bolts, torque specs

Question
I am working on on my daughters '96 Discovery V8 that she bought recently.I have the cylinder heads and intake removed. The engine was the dirtiest I have ever seen!  The person who had the car must have never changed the oil.  Do you know the torque specs for the cylinder head bolts and intake bolts? Thanks you
Brian

Thank you for the link to Rover. I have gotten into the job further and have found that the rocker arm shafts are worn and packed with sludge. The oil galleries in the cylinder heads are also plugged but I've been able to clear them. I have not intended to remove the pistons but now I'm concerned that the oil galleries in the pistons to the oil rings may also be plugged. Do you suggest I pull the pistons out, the engine had not been useing oil prior to disassembly. If I pull out the pistons can I just replace the rings and deglaze the cylinders? Thank you for your advice, I have not worked on a Rover until now. Brian

Answer
If the engine is as dirty as you say I'd suggest you remove it from the car and completey strip and tank clean it.  There have been many problems with sludge clogging the oil pump intake and drillings, and resultant engine failure.

You can remove the pistons and re-ring the motor without trouble unless the pistons/liner bores are too worn out.
