Nissan Repair: Hesitation on a Nissan Sentra GXE 2002, sunoco gas station, nissan sentra gxe

My Nissan Sentra just started to hesitate. The morning I started my car everything was good. I went to a Sunoco gas station and filled up my tank and still everything was fine. Then I parked my car to get my hair done, an hour 1/2 passed by and then I started my car. Everything was fine until I ran over something while I was on the parkway (I dont know if it could have punctured something and if so what would make it hesitate?)

So I thought about everything that I did and someone said the same thing, it might be a tune up so my fiance' did a tune up on my Sentra but it still hesitates.

Then I thought of bad gas and it might have messed up my gas filter... So I went back to Sunoco and they said "no one complained about bad gas and that every pump runs on the same line."

What do you think it might be if I punctured something, because nothing is leaking under my car.

You could have damaged a fuel line, like crushed it, I have done this and it caused fuel starvation.  Other areas that could be messed up could have to do with the speed sensor or a ABS sensor.  I would get the car on a lift and examine the underside since I am just speculating.  Is the check engine light on?  Email me back as I am curious as to what has caused your problem.
