RV Repair: genset issue..., ohmeter, sorry bill

hi, i've got a 5250 watt brushless genset by devilbiss it runs great but does not put out anything a friend of mine said if it sat for along period of time it could lose it's magnetism any ideas? capacitor has no voltage in it but passess tests on my ohmeter

Mike, The best advise I can give you is to take your generator to a shop that works on them. They see alot more than I do and I am not familiar with that brand or model. I try not to give any advise when I am not sure just what to do, and this is one of those times. I am sorry, Bill
