RV Repair: Outside and Generator power not working, circuit breakers, generator power

Question
I own a 2006 tioga 29v and cannot get any outside power from either the generator or outside power.  I had been driving, turned on the generator to power the AC, then my wife used the microwave and all appliances stopped working.  The house battery and works fine.  and the generator starts up a normally.  No house breakers or fuses were tripped.  This seems to be a simple error but I can't get any electrical systems which require live electricity to work.  Please help.

Answer
Hi Michael:
There are two circuit breakers on the generator itself that are probably tripped which is why you are not getting generator power. There is a transfer switch that keeps you from putting both the generator and shore power on at the same time and it is probably stuck on the generator side which is why you are not getting any shore (ouside) power. It is a little soon to be having trouble with the switch but you need to check that out.
