RV Repair: new park model, rv products, furance

Question
we just bought an 40 ft new rv. do we need to heat the inside to melt the glue in carpets and cabinets etc for so many hours before using the rv. thanks donna

Answer
Well it is not a bad idea to let the furnace and AC run for a couple of hours to break it in.  The smell that you get is many things like glues and also fromeldihyde, I know I spelt it wrong but it is used in many rv products so ya run your furance for a bit then run your ac to exchange the air in the unit and you will be just fine.
