Bought a 1990 Prowler last fall and was told the tub/shower didn't leak. Had a crack that they repaired; however; it does leak. Floor under carpet damp and when I took one of the front panels off and felt around, it felt like installation under center of tub was wet. Haven't been able to get a good look since there are boards support the tub that blocks my view. My question is how can this be fix or how hard is it to replace the tub? What is the black thing under the tub? One dealer said they don't touch tubs. Please help!

It sounds to me like you live in a cold climate and the drain froze. My best guess is that the drain is leaking and the only way you can usually get at it is to remove the tub.  The black thing is probably the drain line (PVC pipe).  If not fixed, it will certainly rot the floor and then you have real problems (if not already).
Since I don't get into specific models, I have no idea how difficult a job it would be to pull the tub and fix the drain.

No, the part I'm talking about seems to fit underneath the whole tub. And what ever they used to repair the crack is peeling off the inside of the tub. Leak is coming from crack in tub.

Answer
If the "black thing" under the tub is not a drain line, I have no idea what it is as that is all I have ever seen under any tub.
The only sure way to fix a fiberglass tub is with fiberglass and that is a speciality all it's own.  It would probably be cheaper to contact the manufacturer to see if a replacement tub is available.
