Towing Issues: towing impound, fire hydrant, small claims court

can i possibly see a judge to release my impounded truck.
my truck broke down ,I pulled off the main road onto a dead end street fully coned off my truck went to my friends house to grab his truck and tow bar upon returning my trk was gone. unfortionatly it was in front of a fire hydren.I wouldent have leftit there but i couldent move it I appreciate any advice  thanks Guy Cowherd

OK, I am really lost here on this question...

Yes you can go to Small Claims Court at any time about just about anything..

As to the reason it was towed, it sounds legit as it was parked blocking a fire hydrant by you admission..

But back to a judge, I am not sure what you are actually asking for.. Are you asking for a judge to tell them to give it back to you without paying?  I can not provide this answer as in some states there are provisions for vehicles to be released prior to hearings as to the legality of the tow.
BUT since I have no idea of what state you are in, then I can not provide you with specific information...
