Cadillac: 1994 Cadillac deville 4.9 engine, cadillac deville, fuel filter

Question
Car will not start. Replaced fuel filter(right direction). Test drove it, got back home died in drive way. will not start. fuel pump is running fuel to doth sides of filter. Did code check.
P098, I039, I052
and following IPC

P098 = Isc problem.
I039 = ride control system problem.
I052 = battery disconnected some time in the past.
