Mazda: car bought in Guam, therfore, state laws

Question
Can a Mazda bought in Guam be traded in, in America?

Answer
Not my area of expertise but, cars brought in from outside the US (other countries) can be transfered and licensed in the US (mainland).  Guam is a US territory and therfore falls under US laws and regulations, though it is unincorporated.  It should be possible.  State to state laws vary though so check with the DMV for whatever state you intend on transfering to.
