Tips on Buying Cars: Is this still count as a brand new car?, brand new cars, brand new car

Question
QUESTION: I bought a new car on July this year.
Today, when I clean the car, I found a 'Conditional Loaner Agreement' in my car.(There are details of loaner and, dealship manager signiture, agreement, copy of loaner's dirver license and viehicl information which is exatcly my car )

That means before I puchased the car, someone loaned this car.

I paid with the price for a new car, so I wonder if the car has been loaned still count as a new car.

Thanks a lot.

Susan

ANSWER: Hi Susan

Sorry for the late answer, been away a few days.

Some brand new cars you buy have been used as demo's and are considered sold as new as long as title has not been issued or the miles have not exceeded the maximum allowed for that state,,, you did not not mention how many miles were on the car when you purchased,,, but I am sure it was very little ?

QUESTION: The mileage on the vehicle when I purchase is more than 200 miles.
The dealer said because it is a trade from other dealers. (They drive the car from other dealer.)

Is it normal that more than 200 miles on a new car? Can they sell a car as a new car in this situation?

Answer
Susan, some cars are sold with 5000 miles as brand new, they can be sold as new cars since they've never been titled before.

Yes when dealers trade they drive a brand new vehicle from point A to B,,, you having 200 miles on odometer I consider very low being a dealer trade.
