BMW Repair: no spark, crank sensor, cheap test

i have a 91 525I and getting no spark.i replaced plugs, wires,coil,cap and rotor,knock sensor, and battery.tested crank sensor and thats fine.what do you think it can be.need help.

I wish you had asked me before replacing all those parts.

If the coil isn't getting the signal to fire you wont get a spark.

Get yourself a cheap test light, ignition on and test both wires on the coil, they should both be live, if thats ok then connect your test light to the negative wire and crank it over.It should flash on and off.

It sounds like its not.

Take and injector wire off and do the same test to the 2 wires, one should be flashing on and off as well, get back to me with the results and we will go from there.

Does the car have the on board computer? an alarm / immobilizer? is it an e28 model?
