My 95 Deville blows warm air on the passenger side but not the driver's side.

The ACTUATOR for the drivers side is most likely faulty.

There are 2 of them . One is on the drivers side up under the dash and the other on the passengers side up under the dash. There is no way to describe what it looks like due to the numerous components similar to it that are under the dash. See if your dealers parts department has one that you can look at.
