Dodge Repair: Bumper removal, dodge neon, negative cable

I need to remove the front bumper of my 2005 Dodge Neon SXT to replace the drivers side headlight. Is there any tricks I should know about proper removal or installation to keep the bumper alligned properly? And how do I remove the bumper?

REMOVAL
Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
Remove two screws attaching headlamp unit to upper crossmember.
Remove three screws attaching fascia to radiator crossmember and carefully bend fascia forward to allow removal of headlamp unit.
Remove headlamp unit from vehicle.
Disconnect wire connector from back of headlamp (HEADLAMP UNIT).
Rotate retaining ring counterclockwise one quarter turn.
Remove retaining ring from headlamp unit.
Remove bulb from headlamp unit (HEADLAMP AND HEADLAMP UNIT - CANADA/EXPORT/RHD).
