GM-GMC: day time running lamps 99 suburban, gm service manuals, electrical schematics

Question
buddy of mine has a 99 chevy suburban that is having trouble with the daytime running lights.we have tried resetting the dome override several times and no such luck .also having trouble with the dome light once in a while.the headlights won't come on unless turned on manually.have also moved the relay around under the hood.would greatly app. some help if poss.thank you very much.da.

I do NOT have a 1999 Suburban service manual but I do have some other GM service manuals for cars that should be very similar.
