Questioncan you help, i have had issues with my car for ages now, it will stall and break down every so often.It starts by revving high over 1000 rev's, then as i press the gas pedal the car bogs and then stalls,then it takes ages to start again, sometime leaving me in the middle of the street, so today it stalled, so i tried to start it and then the battery went dead from trying??
so i asked a friend to jump start the car, we put the jumper on, jump started the car and as soon as it started the sun roof opened and now it won't close, it moves about an inch but then nothing...its driving me man???
AnswerWith reference to the stalling, and bad running, I would check the Mass Airflow sensor and the idle control valve. With reference to the sunroof issue, it sounds like a bad ground or faulty relay. I'm not sure if the circuit for the sunroof coincides with the engine, but the load reduction relay may be something to check. Also get the codes read out, let me know what you find, Jan
