Cadillac Repair: 1981 cad heater control problem, alternater, blower motor

I have a 81 deville with 60k.with 6.0.recently it started flashing the led numbers in the heater controls very quickly,to the point you can't readthem.all buttons onbottom are flashing,and the blower motor is trying to come on/off at the same speed.The engine runs fine,and the trans shifts normal.I have traced wireing harness,and see no problems.recently the fuel pump(in-tank) was replaced,as was the alternater.Also the poss cable to starter because of a short to ground.No shops in my area can help whith this one,and I love this car

The only 2 options would be the POWER MODULE for the A/C system and or the PROGRAMMER under the dash behind the glove box.

The POWER MODULE is located under the hood near the blower motor. Look for a BLACK colored wire that is MOLDED into the power module and make SURE that the EYELET end is GROUNDED to the vehicle at the firewall.
