Hello, I need to know how would I replace my front right directional for my 1995 Chrysler Lebaron

If it's bumber mounted, it is accessed from underneath. There, you will see the back side of the bulb socket. Rotate it 1/4 turn ccw and remove. On each side of the socket are 2 small nuts which hold the light itself in place, if you want to replace the entire light. If it's next to the headlight, remove the screws on the headlight bezel and carefully pull it forward. Once off, you will see the bulb socket attached to it.
