Suzuki: best visual enhancements for a samurai, wheel spacers, j c whitney

Question
hey scotty,
got the sammi running well, it was a combination of a bad pcv valve and loose head bolts (about 4 of them above pistons 2 and 4), but here's my new question, have you heard of those wheel spacers from spidershocks? i want to get my stock rims/tires looking more beefy buuuut i don't want to spend alot of money on a lift kit/new rims and tires.  since i don't get the chance of going off road with the samurai, unfortunately, it's mostly a drive around hang out w/ friends car, but are there any suggestions you can make to beef up the appearance with out to much modification?

Answer
Have I got the site for you!  www.izook.com   It has links to most everyone who makes Sammi stuff.  Yeah, the spacers would work good.  Maybe longer shackles.  It jacks it up some, and you can get budget ones from J.C. Whitney.  Let me look in my spare parts and see if I have the old ones I made from the scrap cutting edges from snowplow blades.  If I can find them, they're yours, free.  The one inch lift would let you use something like 225s instead of the stock 205/75x15.  I've got 34x9.50s for lift and climbing, but it cost about 3k in lift/gearing/lockers, etc to make it all work well, and now, I'm looking for even harder trails.  Fortunately, all the mods, and parts only totalled about 5k including o/hauling/modifying the entire drive train.  Now, on the really steep stuff, I HAVE to use the winch to keep the front end from coming over backwards
Look at the site, and see what kind of look you think is hot, and we'll see what it takes to get there.
